01 Are your estimates really free?

Yes. We come out, take a look, and give you an honest assessment at no charge and with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to move forward.

02 How often should I have my chimney inspected or swept?

At least once a year. The Chimney Safety Institute of America recommends an annual inspection, ideally before the heating season, and a cleaning whenever there is enough buildup to warrant it. Often a simple clean is all a chimney needs.

03 What areas do you serve?

We are based in Ardmore and serve the entire Main Line, including Wayne, Wynnewood, Villanova, Berwyn, Paoli, Bala Cynwyd, and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs.

04 Do you handle both cleaning and repairs, or just one?

Both. We do routine sweeps and inspections, leak diagnosis and waterproofing, crown and masonry repair, stainless steel relining, and full fireplace and stove installation. One call covers it.

05 Do you install pellet stove inserts?

Yes, Alliance Chimney & Energy installs pellet stove inserts, including Quadra-Fire and Harman pellet inserts.

06 Will you recommend work I do not actually need?

No. We tell you what your chimney actually needs, even when that means a simple cleaning instead of the expensive repair someone else quoted. No pressure, no upsell.

07 Do you offer financing?

Yes. For larger installs, financing is available through Lend with no impact to your credit score to pre-qualify, monthly payment options, and no early-payment penalty.
