    Reach us by phone, text, or our online form and tell us what you are noticing. No need to diagnose anything yourself. We ask a few questions and get something on the calendar.

  2. We visit and inspect

    A certified technician comes to your home, on time, and takes a proper look. That means going up on the roof if needed, running a camera down the flue, and checking the components that matter. We do not guess.

    We show you what we found. Photos, plain language, no jargon. If something is fine, we tell you it is fine. If something needs attention, we show you exactly what and why. No manufactured urgency.

  4. A clear written quote, no surprises

    Before any work is scheduled, you get a written quote with the scope and cost spelled out. The number you agree to is the number you pay. We do not add on at the end.

  5. We do the work on schedule

    The crew shows up when they said they would, works cleanly, and respects your home. Larger jobs may take a few visits. We communicate throughout, not just at the beginning and the end.

How soon can you come out?
We do same-day callbacks Monday through Friday and schedule visits as quickly as our calendar allows. Contact us by phone, text, or the online form and we will get you on the books.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Yes. A certified technician needs access to the fireplace, the roof, and any mechanical components. We give you a clear arrival window so you are not waiting around all day.
What happens during a visit?
We inspect the firebox, liner, crown, flashing, and cap, going up on the roof if needed and running a camera down the flue when the situation calls for it. You will see what we see, in photos, before we discuss anything.
Will I get the quote in writing?
Yes. Every estimate is put in writing so there are no surprises when the work is done.
What if you find something that needs attention?
We explain exactly what we found, show you the photos, and describe the options. If it is minor, we will tell you that too. We do not recommend work you do not need.
Is there any obligation after the free estimate?
None at all. We come out, take a look, and give you an honest assessment at no charge. You only pay if you decide to move forward.
